Shipping policy
- SR Amenities only offer delivery via courier on this site. Orders to be collected from Paarl must be ordered via e-mail at sales@sramenities.co.za

Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check for the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
We have tried our best to ensure that all delivery charges are correct. However, delivery to remote areas may carry a surcharge that is not calculated on this website. You will be responsible for any surcharges and we urge you to contact us before ordering to ensure that the delivery charge quoted is correct. No orders will be sent until any differences are paid. - When the order is complete SR Amenities will deliver, subject to availability, the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 10 (ten) working days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
- SR Amenities’ obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. SR Amenities is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after it has been delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
- Our picking, packing, and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered or collected, and how you choose to pay. Delivery and collection times can vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop.

- Can I change my delivery address?
- Ones the order has been collected by the courier company no changes will be allowed.
- What are my delivery options?
- Only courier is available for orders. Alternatively, please place your order with sales@sramenities.co.za for a personal option.
- What will delivery cost me?
- The minimum charge is R120 plus vat for UP to 25kg.
- When do I get it?
- We send the orders out as soon as possible but due to products availability and shipping regulations (Covid-19 for instance have their own regulations and restrictions that we have to adhere to) Orders will normally by delivered to you very soon but can take up to 10 working days.
- Does SR Amenities ship internationally?
- No International shipping is possible from this Website at this moment. Please contact barry@sramenities.co.za or sales@sramenieites.co.za for alternative options and international shipping options.
- Will I have to sign for my package?
- Yes, all parcels will be delivered and signed for.
- What happens if a product is missing from my shipment?
- Please report all missing or damaged products to us within 7 workings day. See our return policy for more details.
- How do I track my order online?
- As soon as the parcel has been collected, we will forward you the tracking details.
